Vincent S. Conti Named Chairman of Management Health Solutions, Inc. Advisory Board


Fairfield, Connecticut, March 5, 2009  – Management Health Solutions, Inc. (MHS), a leader in the field of clinical supply chain management, today announced that Vincent S. Conti, former President and CEO of Maine Medical Center, has been named Chairman of the company’s Advisory Board.

Conti was until recently the President and CEO of Maine Medical Center, a 612-bed regional medical center that consistently ranks among the country's highest rated hospitals. Conti’s accomplishments at Maine Medical included the initial development and continued refreshing of explicit vision and strategic plans for clinical, educational, and research missions at the facility. In addition, his strong focus on measurement and improvement of clinical and service quality produced measurable results leading Maine Medical Center to be nationally recognized with several awards, including a Solucient “Top 100 Hospital”, and a first time ranking in U.S. News and World Report’s listing of top 50 U.S. Hospitals in cardiac and orthopedic care. Formerly a Senior Vice President for Administration at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut, Conti is the recipient of numerous health care and community service awards. He holds a B.S. in Behavioral Psychology and Personality Theory from Brooklyn College, and an M.A. from the Cornell University Sloan Institute of Hospital Administration.
