Mr. Ledwick brings to MHS three decades of financial experience that spans both public and private companies. His specialized skills have been applied in capital markets, IPO activities, corporate restructuring and spinoffs, and mergers and acquisitions in both domestic and offshore markets.

In addition to his track record in finance Mr. Ledwick also has experience in meeting complex reporting requirements, fiscal controls and an array of regulatory challenges as part of senior management with companies such as Dictaphone Corporation, Cityscape Financial Corp. and the GTE Corporation. A certified public accountant, he holds a masters degree from Fairfield University and an undergraduate degree from George Washington University.
